Enhancing its expertise in moulds for fronts, door panels and wheel arches is also one of the main objectives.
Project Description:
The objective of this project is to contribute to the qualified growth of IGM. It aims to increase the company’s production scale and improve the quality of its offer through the application of lean thinking philosophy, enhancing the quality and flexibility of processes.
This project ensures the creation of in-process inspections, integrating intelligent control systems through machine vision. This is the first step towards the future application of assembly line concepts to the Bench process, creating workstations specialised only in assembly and tuning, reducing adjustment operations.
