Definitions

Collection and Processing of Personal Data

SIMOLDES processes personal data strictly necessary for the provision of information and operation of its channels, according to the uses made by users, suppliers and customers…In particular, the use or activation of certain features of the channels may involve the processing of various direct or indirect personal identifiers. Such as: name, home address, contacts, device addresses or geographical location, provided there is express consent from the User, Candidate or Client.

    Name of the host, residence, PSNI, Professional card of the doctor

SIMOLDES and all entities that are its subcontractors apply the appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk. Verifying the necessity of subcontracting services to third entities that may have access to Users, Suppliers or Customers personal data. SIMOLDES’ subcontractors are obliged to adopt security measures and protocols at organization level…

Exercise of Rights by the Holders of Personal Data

SIMOLDES’ Users, Suppliers and Customers may exercise their data protection and privacy rights. Namely the rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, limitation or opposition to processing, under the terms and with the limitations provided for in applicable regulations. Therefore, any request for the exercise of data protection and privacy rights must be addressed, in writing, to the Data Protection Office, according to the procedure and contact described below.

Complaints or Suggestions and Incident Reporting

SIMOLDES Users, Suppliers and Customers have the right to make a complaint. Either by registering the complaint on the website protecaodedados@SIMOLDES.com. Or by filing a complaint with the regulatory authorities. Having said that, SIMOLDES Users, Suppliers and Customers can make suggestions by sending an e-mail to the Data Protection Office.
