Project description:
The introduction of new technologies, production processes and equipment as well as the entry into new markets causes several changes at the organizational and functional level, making it very important to strengthen skills and acquire new qualifications of employees through the implementation of initial and continuous training plans that allow the optimization in the use of new equipment and the mastery of new production processes ensuring the performance and operational efficiency, the quality of the final product as well as the consolidation of the expansion in new markets.
This training plan was designed taking into account the specific needs of human resources (current staff and new hires) especially for the productive, logistics, maintenance and process engineering areas towards the integration of new industrial models.
Objectives:
The training project aims at innovation and competitiveness objectives, through the specific qualification of the company’s employees in areas relevant to the company’s innovation strategy, to the reorganization and improvement of the company’s management skills, communication with suppliers, customers and work teams.
